Additional professional work requested outside the scheduled appointments may incur separate charges. This may include review of extensive documentation, reports or correspondence (including emails); preparation of supplementary reports or letters; liaison work with schools, healthcare professionals or other agencies.
CMHC is not registered with private health insurance providers. We are happy to provide invoice and payment receipts; however, families should check directly with their insurance provider regarding reimbursement under their individual policy.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept Bank transfer, Debit card or Credit card.
Consultant appointments are reserved specifically for your child and are often difficult to fill at short notice. We therefore require a minimum of 7 working days' notice for cancellations or requests to reschedule.
