I have over 11 years of experience in the NHS, working across a wide range of psychiatric settings including adult mental health wards, PICU, learning disability services, ADHD teams, and an inpatient unit for young people aged 12–18 with complex mental health needs.
During my time in the inpatient unit, I’ve treated individuals with psychosis, anxiety, depression, self harm, eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, and autism as part of a multidisciplinary team, and I’m experienced in both acute and longer term care. In my role as a Specialty Doctor, I work collaboratively with colleagues to provide thoughtful, evidence based support to patients and their families.
I take a holistic, person centred approach to care, considering each individual’s background, strengths, and goals so that treatment supports meaningful and sustainable improvements in their overall wellbeing. I’m passionate about neurodiversity and committed to helping young people and their families understand their experiences and move forward with confidence.
